DynoBond™
A unique dry concrete additive that exhibits great tensile, shear and compressive strength used to bond and coat masonry construction. As a high strength grout-mortar mixture, DynoBond™ is used for constructing both load and non-load bearing masonry walls, allowing architects and engineers increased design freedom.

DynoBond™ is used as a surface bonding for both interior and exterior walls, serving as both protective water-resistant coating and texture.

DynoBond™ is the key Ingredient is the production of Dynocrete (light weight concrete mixture. DynoBond™ is water based, so clean up is easy. It is fire-rated and freeze/thaw durable.

DYNOBOND IS ALSO BEING TESTED AS A PAINT ADDITIVE TO INCREASE PAINT BONDING AND DURABILITY

This is a newly developed and in process project utilizing DynoBond, EPS and / or sand in combination to produce a strong but light weight concrete structures, building material and uses. It is possible to produce a very light weight product with strength not normally possible with other systems; this is possible because of the excellent bonding characteristics of DynoBond and EPS.

Testing is currently in process to determine compressive, flexural and tensile strengths of varying formulations.

Initial results on a DynoBrick (supersized brick or mini-panel 18" x 36" x 3", formulated at approximately 25% the weight of concrete) shows compressive, flexural and tensile strengths to exceed that of the higher quality red clay building bricks common in Asia.

DynoBrick may be cut and drilled much as a wood product thus allowing much more flexibility in use.
