OmniBond Products and Services:

OmniBond™
A unique dry concrete additive that exhibits great tensile, shear and compressive strength used to bond and coat masonry construction. As a high strength grout-mortar mixture, OmniBond™ is used for constructing both load and non-load bearing masonry walls, allowing architects and engineers increased design freedom.

OmniBond™ is used as a surface bonding for both interior and exterior walls, serving as both protective water-resistant coating and texture.

OmniBond™ is the key Ingredient is the production of Omnicrete (light weight concrete mixture. OmniBond™ is water based, so clean up is easy. It is fire-rated and freeze/thaw durable.

NEW AND UNIQUE APPLICATIONS FOR OmniBOND PRODUCTS ARE CONSISTENTLY BEING DEVELOPED

Light weight concrete applications are being tested and potential uses are numerous

OmniCrete™

OmniCrete Applications

The superior adhesive properties of OmniBond and its unique ability to adhere to EPS (expanded polystyrene) allows for the production of a lightweight concrete mixture that exceeds the shear, tensile and compression specifications of other lightweight concrete products of the same density.

Additions of varying amounts of sand and EPS may be made in almost unlimited combinations to yield the desired density and strength. Because of its unique bonding qualities the lightweight of OmniCrete mixtures using EPS does not directly correspond to a weakened product.

Various formulations for OmniCrete are available yielding densities from 10% - 90% of that of a standard concrete mixture. However, since the combinations of cement, OmniBond, sand and EPS are unlimited to yield varying strengths and densities, it is incumbent upon any user to test a particular combination of these ingredients for conformity to required specifications.

The applications for a lightweight concrete are almost unlimited. Applications and uses for OmniCrete and its incorporation in OmniBrick are currently under development. Of particular development interest is the construction of floors and curtain panels for use in multistory structures.

We may make the development of this product open to a cooperative effort with qualified manufacturers, distributors and users.
